Yimeng Shi
Architectural Assistant
Yimeng joined Claridge Architects in 2025 after completing her master degree in Housing and Urbanism at the Architectural Association, having previously studied Environmental Design at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing.
She has gained experience at Pierre d’Avoine Architects and Studio MULTI in London, contributing to residential and cultural projects, and earlier worked with Vector Architects in Beijing on cultural and exhibition design. Her recent work includes Peter’s Park, a proposal for the transformation of Euston Station into a new urban park with residential blocks above, which has been featured in Architects’ Journal and the Camden New Journal.
Yimeng is currently focusing on co-living projects, with a particular interest in housing and urbanism. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing to explore ideas about architecture and the city, and, despite being a terrible cook, dreams of one day mastering the art of baking.
