A barn conversion to create a new family dwelling with 4 bedrooms. The barn sits on the entry corner to Hulcote Green and sweeps the road around into the North corner of the existing Green. We have repected the outer face and added only two conservation rooflights, the inner side we have created a new contemporary courtyard with glazed walls too all rooms facing into this courtyard. To the courtyard and internally the feel is modern minimal to create a feeling of light and openess.
