Complete renovation of Grade II listed 4 storey house within the Grosvenor Estate. The scheme consisted of a rear extension for a new kitchen and gym, with the addition of a new landscaped roof terrace and large roof light providing an abundance of natural light to the room below. A new full width mansard extension created a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom and playroom on top of the existing 3rd floor.
