The Tay Building

The proposed addition to the Tay Building provides a modern approach to office expansion. The predominantly geometric forms span, and cascade over the roof of the existing building and compliment the existing brick construction with interesting forms and materials. The proposal redefines the entrance to the NW10 design centre, and will provide local companies with an exciting an innovative space to work. The design focuses on providing open views over the adjacent railway, and the new entrance.
