The building is about simplicity within a tight urban site bounded on all sides by residential units, we have used simple render as the main backdrop, the windows act as horizontal bars running along the façade with the vertical copper cladding set off the façade and running over the roof to break and separate the building in its scale to establish a narrative between the scale of the building and the scale of the surrounding more residential units.
