Middlesex Central Masterplan

The concept behind this new 47 acre masterplan within the London Borough of Ealings regeneration zone was to inroduce a new mixed use scheme on redundant industrial land. Working with the client and planners we have devised a schems which introduces a new residential zone of 1600 units, a part hotel, student village (800), community use, office/ workshop use, public realm squares and enhancing the existing canal.
