Bar and restaurant of 3325sq ft with ground floor ancillary spaces including cellar, spirit store and staff changing. First floor ancillary spaces include main kitchen, wash up, office and WCs. The design feature was to slot a luxurious, simple bar into an old railway arch keeping exposed brickwork combined with exposing new services throughout. The 12 metre long bar creates zones of sitting, eating and standing at and around the bar.
