The concept behind the internal fit-out of this existing warehouse space was to open the space up to highlight double height spaces, glass walls to the bedrooms, cantilevered office deck with a master bathroom and Jacuzzi ground floor room which opens out fully to the main living space with its blurred kitchen, dining and lounge.
Included in this new space is the state of the art AV/ screening zone onto a five metre high wall, dropped down extract within new concrete columns (all exposed)
The idea of the new space was that of taking the space and combining into one zone, that of living, eating and sleeping. With pared down finishes of concrete worktops, a floating staircase and glass partitions.
