Albert Towers

Working in the new 100m tall buildings zone within the London Borough of Lambeth, CAL looked at a set of 3 stepping towers to form a high end residential cluster with low level office/ shops. The site is tight and narrow and it required a detailed study of sunlight/daylight onto the existing residential towers at Penninsula Heights. Our proposal was based on a stepping nature to work with these patterns to create over 300 resisdential units.
