Claridge Architects have been appointed to produce production information and coordinate the construction of 12 new build market apartments at the top of Queens Park in Brent. The site comprises three former bomb damaged plots on a Victorian terrace in a conservation area. The proposal replaces 12 1950’s flats owned by Brent housing association.
Construction is due to begin August 2011.
