A new build development of 11 apartments of studios, 1 bed units and 2 bed units over ground, first, second, third and fourth floor over two commercial units to the ground floor which front the busy Kilburn High Road. The site has to the South of it the North London Overland line so had to conform to rigorous acoustic standards to all openings to the building. The top floor apartments have front balcony zones and are set back to break up the massing of the building. The material finish of the building reflects the new modern buildings of its surrounding area and is built to Code Level 4.
