Camille Bonneau

Architectural Assistant

Camille graduated in February 2008 from l’École d’Architecture de Paris Belleville. During her studies, she did a year exchange in Norway at Arkitektur Hogskøllen i Oslo (AHO) and gained professional experience in several architecture studios around Europe as FLACQ in London.

After graduating, Camille came back to Oslo and joined Lund&Hagem, an international Norwegian office, which won in 2009 the competition for the design of the “New Deichman Library” close to the new Opera.

In June 2008, Camille left for Lesotho to work for Sentebale, the UK/Lesotho registered charity founded in 2006 by Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso. With her husband, also an architect, she was responsible for establishing and running their new Capital Projects, Design and Sustainability department. There, she was in charge of several projects, including conceptual/sketch designs for fundraising purposes, the design development and preparation of tender documents for the country’s first Assessment and Referral Centre, some refurbishment work and the design and supervision of a classroom prototype for a remote mountain village.

Following her return to London in July 2010 Camille joined ARUP Associates as an Architectural Assistant and integrated a team of architects, engineers and other consultants working on two large scale projects.

Since joining Claridge Architects in November 2010 Camille has been working on a large residential refurbishment project and is looking to begin studying for her Part III qualification in the near future.
