Erika Petrova

Architectural Assistant

Erika has graduated from University of Nottingham BArch Part 1 course and joined Claridge architects in 2023.

Her final year university thesis project was a proposal of mixed-use food waste campus, where she practically explored how a sustainable approach to waste could be implemented to generate a circular material loop and establish environmentally conscious principles, that would be integrated into local society and site.

Erika has previously worked at Hawkins\Brown, where she assisted on early-stage educational projects and a larger scale masterplan project, that focused on developing a mixed-use science campus.

She is interested in community-focused, inclusive architecture, exploring how thorough design principles can develop a sense of connection between inhabitants, space and surrounding environment.
